Cleaning the roller blades
Cleaning and wiping the roller blades once in two days or once a week depending on the usage is more than enough, air-blow the dirt. Use soft cloth to wipe your skates. Small brushes can be used too to remove dirt from crevices.
Wipe and air dry. Do not use air drier to dry them. It expands them unnecessarily. You might need to do that for changing the bearings, but it is not an selection for drying.

Repairing
If the wheels of the skates have worn out, remove it using a screw driver and blow dry the wheel hub for few seconds. This will consequent in the hub to expand a bit. While it is still warm, insert the new wheels into the hub. Once it cools it will fit snuggly.
To install new brake pads, hold the old pad firmly, unscrew and remove. Put in the new pads just the same way and screw back tightly. Brake pads are ordinarily convention made for each brand. So keep an extra pair of the same brand for transfer later.
